Designing a Regional Cap-And-Trade Program
World Resources Insitute, Pew Center on Global Climate Change and New America Foundation recently completed a series of webinars to focus on specific topics in the design of a regional cap-and-trade program.

GHG Goal -
DEQ is hosting a Stakeholder meeting Monday, May 19 from 2 pm to 5 pm (MDT) at the Utah Department of Environmental Quality, Building 2, Room 101 (168 North 1950 West, Salt Lake City).
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss results from research conducted by the Duke University Nicholas Institute on greenhouse gas mitigation policy options for Utah. Stakeholders will be given the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback to DEQ during this meeting.
