On 12/27/2006 DAQ received a stack test report for the Medical Waste Incinerator. Additional information was received on 2/20/2007. Testing was performed on 10/18/2006 to demonstrate compliance with the emission limits referenced in Permit Condition II.B.4.c and to establish new operating parameters in accordance with Permit Conditions II.B.4.c.1.
