Generator Site Access Program

The Division of Radiation Control (DRC) was authorized by the Utah Radiation Control Board under Rule 313-26 to administer the "Generator Site Access Program". A program established to regulate the access of Low-Level Radioactive Waste (LLRW) Generators to land disposal facilities within the state of Utah. Storm Water Permitting System

The Utah Administrative Code (UAC) R317-8-3.9 requires the operator(s) (owner, developer, contractor, etc.) of a construction site which will grade one acre or more per common plan (includes all phases of development) to obtain coverage under the Utah Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (UPDES) General Permit for Storm Water Discharges Associated with Construction Activity. This program allows the operator(s) to electronically submit a Notice of Intent to the Division of Water Quality and pay the permit fee to obtain the required permit coverage. OneStop Online Business Registration

By using this system you will be able to register your business with the Utah State Tax Commission, the Utah Labor Commission, the Utah Department of Commerce, the Utah Department of Workforce Services and the Utah Department of Environmental Quality. After completing the online registration process, you will receive all of the necessary licenses and account numbers for your business.

In addition, you will receive all of the information necessary to go to your local municipality to apply for a business license.
