SOLID AND HAZARDOUS WASTE
ATK Launch Systems-Promontory will hold an information meeting on February 8, 2007, at 6:00 p.m. at the Brigham City Library for a Class 2 modification (07.00158) to its storage permit. The modification would add EPA codes to their storage permit and allow storage of reactive waste received from off-site at the M-136 Burn Grounds for up to 14 days. The purpose for this modification is to facilitate storage and consolidation of chemicals in preparation for off-site disposal and to provide additional time to more safely manage and better coordinate waste treatment efforts.

SOLID AND HAZARDOUS WASTE
The United States Air Force will hold an information meeting on March 15, 2007, at 6:00 p.m. at the Tooele County Courthouse for a Class 3 modification (07.00381) for its Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR) RCRA permit. The proposed modification incorporates a Federal Facilities Agreement entitled “Integration Agreement for Air Force Cleanup of the Air Force’s Utah Test and Training Range, the Wendover Range, and the Little Mountain Complex” into the RCRA permit. Also included in the proposed modification is a request to remove Solid Waste Management Unit 7 from Module IV of the permit and to consolidate associated requirements into Module V.
