SOLID AND HAZARDOUS WASTE
The Division of Solid and Hazardous Waste will hold a public hearing on May 10, 2007 for a Class 3 Modification (07.00381) to Hill Air Force Base’s Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR) Hazardous Waste Treatment permit at 6:00 p.m. at the Tooele County Courthouse. The proposed modification would incorporate a Federal Facility Agreement entitled “Integration Agreement for Air Force Cleanup of Air Force’s UTTR, the Wendover Range, and the Little Mountain Comples” into the permit. Based on comments from the previous Facility public comment period, a revised permit incorporating the proposed changes has been prepared.

SOLID AND HAZARDOUS WASTE
Clean Harbor Aragonite, LLC will hold an information meeting on April 4, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. at the Tooele County Courthouse for a Class 3 modification (07.00947) for its RCRA permit. Aragonite intends to conduct a Test Burn during the 3rd or 4th quarter of 2007 to confirm permit compliance with the air and RCRA permit emission limits, demonstrate emission requirements are met when the baghouse inlet temperature is 425 degrees F, and obtain test information that can be used as data in lieu of the Comprehensive Performance Test.

The Division of Solid and Hazardous Waste (DSHW) will hold a public hearing on May 21, 2007, for a Class 3 Modification (06.03918) to the Tooele Chemical Agent Disposal Facility (TOCDF) permit at 6:00 p.m. at the Tooele County Administrative Building. The proposed modification would change the site-wide personnel masking requirements when an Automatic Continuous Air Monitoring System (ACAMS) monitor goes into alarm for chemical agent.
