Manager, overviewed the interactive EMS project. The group agreed that a web-based program would be best. Several indicated a willingness to test the
beta program when it was prepared.

was provided on what each application needed to contain.
The group reviewed applications from Oregon (1
/ 2),
Michigan
and EPA. Renette was instructed to take the best ideas
from these and consolidate into an application.
Multi-Interest Review Panel
– A chart
was provided outlining what other states have done.
Program Name and Tiers – The group was asked to start thinking of a name
for the program.
