Clandestine Drug Lab Cleanup Program
Provides a mechanism for cleanup of contamination and certification by local health departments that a contaminated property has been cleaned up to established standards.

Clean Diesel Program
Cost effective solutions that can dramatically reduce pollutants from diesel exhaust.

Clean Fuels Program
Information on the Clean Fuel Grant and Loan Program, as well as the Clean Fuel Vehicle Tax Credit.

Construction Assistance Programs
The Division of Drinking Water administers two financial assistance programs: the State Revolving fund and the Federal-State Revolving Fund.

Consumer Confidence Reports (CCRs)
Every community water system must prepare and distribute an annual water quality report. The Division of Drinking Water holds regional workshops to assist systems in completing CCR reports.

The Division of Radiation Control administers this program to establish and regulate the access of low-level radioactive waste generators to land disposal facilities within Utah.

Moab Millsite Stakeholder Group
A partnership formed between DEQ and the Grand County Council to achieve a final resolution to the reclamation of the Moab Millsite tailings site.

Advises and monitors DAQ’s Small Business Assistance Program.

Helps small businesses with permitting assistance, emission calculations, technical issues, regulator interpretation, and pollution prevention techniques.

Small Quantity Generator Program
The Division of Solid and Hazardous Waste oversees the practices of the hazardous waste generators in Utah.

Solid Waste Program
The Division of Solid and Hazardous Waste administers permitting and compliance programs for non-hazardous solid waste treatment, storage, and disposal facilities throughout the state.

Source Protection Program
A Division of Drinking Water program that allows chemical sampling for sources that combine at an entry point to the distribution system, and sources in a common aquifer.

State Emergency Response Commission (SERC)
Carries out all Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act (EPCRA) requirements.

Storm Water Advisory Committee (USWAC)
Coordinates efforts to reduce storm water pollution and provide adequate flood control.

Storm Water Permit Issuance System
